On Sunday, April 28, 2002, La Jolla hosted another one of their Half Marathons.  The Clif Bar booth was passing out some good stuff.  Once again, Washington Mutual's booth was backed up with those looking for race results.

This year, some of the racers planned their strategy.  You could hear them say, "Let's run on the sidewalk, we'll pass everyone!"

Once again, La Jolla Cove was popular with some of the runners.  A very interesting sight was thousands of tiny shrimp being washed ashore at La Jolla Cove.
