On
Sunday, April 29, 2001, La Jolla hosted another one of their Half
Marathons. Some of the runners were just plumb tuckered out.
Washington Mutual's booth was backed up with those looking for race results.
Kathy
Kasischke
came in first place out of all the women runners in the half marathon. Way
to go Kathy! Two of my favorite runners escaped from the Clif booth with
some nice apparel.
There
were so many people. The workers at the Washington Mutual booth were
passing out these neat little gym locks.

with her husband, Dennis, who, for three or four years, was a National Duathlon
Champion.
Remember the boy that was tuckered out? I don't think so. That's him up on the rocks.
